Zomes-style outdoor structures are oversized project pieces. Delivery, offloading, base/foundation planning, local rules, and site access should be confirmed before purchase.

• Ships only after supplier availability and delivery path are reviewed.
• Final freight method, appointment requirements, delivery level, and delivery cost are confirmed before ordering.
• Delivery address, ZIP code, access path, driveway/gate constraints, stairs, and placement area should be reviewed in advance.
• Confirm whether permits, HOA approval, foundation/base work, utilities, or installation support are needed for your property.

Returns, Damage & Approval

Return eligibility for supplier-fulfilled Showcase pieces must be reviewed and approved before any item is sent back. Do not ship a return without written instructions.

• Unused, uninstalled, unassembled items in original packaging are the standard return baseline unless the supplier states otherwise.
• Oversized, freight, configured, installed, used, or assembled items may have limited return eligibility and may involve return freight, restocking, inspection, or supplier approval requirements.
• Damage, incorrect items, or delivery issues should be reported quickly with photos, packaging photos, and delivery notes so a carrier/supplier claim can be reviewed.
• Final return eligibility, return address, fees, and timing are confirmed before ordering or before any return is started.
